Dominic has worked in the residential and commercial foreclosure markets focusing on distressed notes & short sales for investment clients since 2006 and resides in Seattle, WA.

Joshua Scotson, CMBS Analyst, studied real estate investing through James Smith Real Estate Investment School and Nouveau Riche college in Scottsdale, AZ. He has an IT background and began focusing on the foreclosure real estate market in 2004. Josh currently resides in Covington, WA with his two daughters.
